Nikipirowicz's crochet flowers workshop at Craft Arena also has a few
spaces. The workshop is based on her new book , Crochet Flowers to wear,
and you will learn to crochet a pansy and learn lots of crochet tips
and techniques. Anna will be available to sign copies of her books
after the class and we will have copies here for you to buy should you

had scheduled Powertex workshops on both Fridays and Saturdays recently.
While the Saturday classes are very popular, not everyone can make a
specific weekday. As a result, we're continuing the Saturday classes as

Machine Embroidery Skill Sharing
Sunday 5th November 2017
10.30am - 1.00pm £10
series of informal monthly sessions to help you get the most from your
embroidery machine. A different machine embroidery technique will be
covered each month. This time we will be discussing the use of different
threads on your embroidery machine, so bring along your favourites to
see how they compare.
This class is designed to accompany Anna's book, 20 to Make; Crochet Flowers to Wear’.
class covers crochet techniques that are used in the book. During this
fun class, we will work on the sweet Pansy flower. Practice variation of
stitches, crocheting in the round, changing colours, learn spike
crochet technique and much more. We will also learn how to crochet
I-cord, incorporate beads into crochet, practice different types of
stitches and have an opportunity to crochet with different types of yarn
while making sweet little leaves.

you are new to designing for your embroidery machine, or you need a
refresher, this training is for you. Lisa will take you through the
basics of using Brother computer software to create your own designs.
This is the third in a series of training classes.
